Flexcim Manufacturing Services is looking for a skilled and digitally fluent Marketing professional to join our team as an Inside Sales & Marketing Support Specialist. This temporary, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing graduate with a strong command of digital channels and AI-powered marketing tools. You will play a central role in executing integrated campaigns, driving qualified leads, and supporting the sales team with compelling, data-informed marketing strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
$25 - $35/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid social, email, and display advertising channels
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to draft and optimize marketing copy, campaign briefs, and content
- Write effective AI prompts to generate market research, competitor analyses, content calendars, and campaign materials
- Assist with CRM data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline management (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and proposals - leveraging AI-assisted content creation workflows
- Manage and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X; monitor and report on engagement analytics
- Support email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, copywriting, deployment, A/B testing, and reporting
- Conduct market and competitor research using AI-powered tools; compile findings into clear, actionable reports
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and route to the appropriate sales representatives
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and KPI dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)
- Coordinate trade show logistics, webinars, and client event planning
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on digital campaign performance, sales metrics, and funnel conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (required)
- 1-4 years of professional digital marketing experience; recent graduates with strong portfolios welcome
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in a professional or academic marketing context
- Ability to write clear, effective AI prompts for market research, content generation, and campaign planning
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent tools
- Strong digital copywriting skills - ability to tailor voice and tone across channels and audiences
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva considered a strong asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
