Job Summary
We are seeking Sales and Service Reps for immediate contract opportunities in the T9H 4B6 area. This customer-facing role is ideal for candidates who enjoy providing excellent service, supporting inventory programs, and working in a fast-paced industrial, transport, storage, or materials environment.
In this position, you will support customers at a tool crib or store location, assist with product and inventory needs, replenish vending and Vendor Managed Inventory programs, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of related experience who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable balancing customer service with hands-on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing customer transactions at a tool crib or store location.
- Refill vending machines and support Vendor Managed Inventory programs to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with customers on program updates, product needs, and inventory service requirements.
- Execute day-to-day tasks related to the Tool Management Program and branch operations.
- Use computer systems and applications for customer-facing, inventory, and warehouse-related activities.
- Maintain safety standards, complete housekeeping duties, and support compliance with site-specific safety requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Contract length: 6 months or less, depending on business needs.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off rotation.
- Shift length: 12-hour shifts.
- Shift rotation: Alternates between days and nights, switching upon return from the 7-day break.
- Transportation: Bus transportation is provided.
