Lead Product Manager – Supply Chain AI, Agents & Data Products
Overview
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the portfolio of AI agents, data science models, and data products supporting the modernization of Supply Chain Operations.
This role serves as the single product owner across agent‑based automation, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and analytics‑powered products—ensuring solutions scale into production and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for supply chain AI agents, data science models, and data products.
- Translate operational problems into clear product strategies with defined outcomes, success metrics, and adoption plans.
- Act as Product Manager for agent‑based solutions (copilots, autonomous agents, recommendation engines), from concept through production.
- Own the lifecycle of data science models, ensuring they are productized with clear inputs, outputs, performance metrics, and monitoring.
- Lead the supply chain data product portfolio, ensuring data is trusted, governed, discoverable, and fit for AI and automation.
- Drive execution across a matrixed team of engineers, data scientists, analysts, and platform partners.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, and Technology leaders to ensure products deliver real business outcomes.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for product adoption, value realization, and ongoing evolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of AI, data science, analytics, or platform products
Requirements: -
- 5+ years Supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations domains.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise‑scale products in complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML‑enabled products and modeling workflows (hands‑on development not required).
- Demonstrated executive‑level communication skills and ability to lead through influence.
Preferred Experience
- Product ownership of automation, predictive models, or real‑time analytics.
- Experience modernizing core business processes through data and AI.
