Job description
Millwright 433A – Straight Nights (11PM–7AM)Etobicoke| Full-Time | Straight Nights | Manufacturing We are recruiting a Millwright 433A for a high-speed manufacturing facility in Etobicoke. This is a straight night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) role in a continuous production environment. Pay $42/hour Night shift premium ($1.00) OT available and paid What You’ll Be Working On This is a production-line maintenance role, not a shop environment. You will be responsible for: Conveyor systems (tracking, alignment, breakdown repair) Packaging equipment (flow wrappers, sealers, labelers) Gearboxes, chains, sprockets, bearings Industrial mixers and material handling systems Pneumatics (valves, cylinders, air lines) Basic hydraulics Preventative maintenance + reactive repairs What We Need 433A Millwright license (required) Experience in high-speed manufacturing or continuous production Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Comfortable working independently on night shift Able to diagnose and repair under downtime pressure Environment 24/7 production facility Automated conveyor-based systems Fast-paced, uptime-driven operation Night shift crew maintenance coverage Compensation Package Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) RRSP program Tool allowance Overtime paid Long-term stable facility (essential industry) Not a Fit If You Prefer slow-paced jobbing shops Don’t want night shift work Avoid conveyor/production line environments Only have light commercial maintenance experience
