Job description
Become a Strategic Consultant at EY-Parthenon, specializing in addressing client challenges through strategic frameworks and execution. Your insights will be pivotal in driving value during transactions. As part of the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution team, you'll work on diverse projects that encompass operational planning and integration strategies. You'll support clients by aiding them in navigating complexities in transactions and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental across various industries, ensuring client goals are achieved and potential risks managed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide project management support for integration strategies • Aid in developing carve-out strategies and model designs • Conduct operational due diligence and cost assessments • Facilitate synergy identification and value realization • Support client teams in executing integration services Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred • Possession of professional certifications (e.g., PMP) valued • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills needed • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement • Ability to travel required within Canada and the US Leverage your strategic expertise and analytical acumen at EY-Parthenon to make a meaningful impact in the consulting landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
