Job description

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager is responsible for improving and maintaining the workflows, reporting, and operational processes that enable efficient and scalable hiring. This role applies expertise in recruiting operations, and process improvement to solve complex operational challenges, drive workflow optimization, and support data-driven decision-making.

Working independently and in partnership with Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, strengthen data integrity, and implement scalable solutions that support Talent Acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve recruiting workflows, and operational processes that support efficient and scalable hiring

  • Analyze recruiting operations data, reporting, and workflow performance to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend improvements

  • Design and support workflow enhancements, automations, and system improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges related to recruiting systems, workflows, reporting, and data integrity

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, governance practices, and process standards

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Operations projects and workstreams that enhance recruiting processes, optimize workflows, improve reporting and data integrity, and support scalable hiring operations

  • Partner with Recruiting, People Systems, People Insights, Finance, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver operational improvements and support business objectives

  • Serve as a resource for operational best practices, systems knowledge, and process guidance


Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Systems, HR Operations, or a related operational function

  • Experience supporting recruiting systems, ATS administration, workflow management, or operational programs in fast-paced or scaling organizations

  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations, process improvement, workflow design, and operational best practices

  • Experience supporting automation, systems enhancements, integrations, or process optimization initiatives

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to use data to inform recommendations and decisions

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects while navigating ambiguity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions

  • Experience partnering with Recruiting, People Systems, People Insights, Finance, Legal, IT, or other business stakeholders

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, or similar technologies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting analytics, operational reporting, workflow governance, or systems administration

  • Experience implementing process improvements, workflow redesigns, automation solutions, or technology enhancements

  • Familiarity with dashboarding, reporting, ticketing, or workflow management tools

  • Experience supporting operational scaling, change management, or process adoption initiatives

  • Interest in AI-enabled operations and workflow automation

Travaillant de manière autonome et en collaboration avec les équipes de recrutement et les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles, cette personne identifiera les opportunités d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, de renforcer l'intégrité des données et de mettre en œuvre des solutions évolutives qui soutiennent les objectifs d'acquisition de talents.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et améliorer les flux de travail de recrutement et les processus opérationnels qui favorisent un recrutement efficace et évolutif

  • Analyser les données opérationnelles de recrutement, les rapports et les performances des flux de travail afin d’identifier les tendances, de résoudre les problèmes et de recommander des améliorations

  • Concevoir et soutenir les améliorations des flux de travail, les automatisations et les améliorations des systèmes qui augmentent l’efficacité et réduisent les tâches manuelles

  • Examiner et résoudre les défis opérationnels complexes liés aux systèmes de recrutement, aux flux de travail, aux rapports et à l’intégrité des données

  • Développer et maintenir la documentation opérationnelle, les pratiques de gouvernance et les normes de processus

  • Diriger des projets et des axes de travail liés aux opérations d’acquisition de talents qui améliorent les processus de recrutement, optimisent les flux de travail, améliorent le reporting et l’intégrité des données, et soutiennent des opérations d’embauche évolutives

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de recrutement, des systèmes RH, de l’analyse RH, des finances, du service juridique, de l’informatique et d’autres parties prenantes pour apporter des améliorations opérationnelles et soutenir les objectifs de l’entreprise

  • Servir de ressource en matière de bonnes pratiques opérationnelles, de connaissance des systèmes et de conseils sur les processus

Qualifications Minimales

  • 4 à 7 ans d’expérience ou plus dans les opérations d’acquisition de talents, les opérations de recrutement, les systèmes de gestion des talents, les opérations RH ou une fonction opérationnelle connexe

  • Expérience dans le soutien aux systèmes de recrutement, l’administration d’un ATS, la gestion des flux de travail ou les programmes opérationnels au sein d’organisations en pleine croissance ou à évolution rapide

  • Solide compréhension des opérations de recrutement, de l’amélioration des processus, de la conception des flux de travail et des meilleures pratiques opérationnelles

  • Expérience dans le soutien à l’automatisation, aux améliorations des systèmes, aux intégrations ou aux initiatives d’optimisation des processus

  • Solides compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et d’organisation, avec la capacité d’utiliser les données pour étayer les recommandations et les décisions

  • Capacité à gérer de manière autonome plusieurs priorités et projets tout en faisant face à l’ambiguïté

  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement entre les fonctions

  • Expérience de collaboration avec les équipes de recrutement, des systèmes RH, de l’analyse RH, des finances, du service juridique, de l’informatique ou d’autres parties prenantes de l’entreprise

  • Connaissance des plateformes ATS telles que Workday, Eightfold ou des technologies similaires

  • Licence ou combinaison équivalente d’expérience professionnelle et de formation
