Join OpenText as the Senior Director of Workforce Strategy, focusing on innovative talent planning and organization design within HR leadership. Influence critical workforce decisions easily. In this strategic role, you will lead the establishment of a Workforce & Talent Planning Center of Excellence. Collaborating with HR and business leaders, you will leverage data to inform role prioritization and shape skills development strategies. Your leadership will be crucial during workforce transitions and organizational redesign. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the creation of a Workforce & Talent Planning COE in HR • Work with Finance and leaders to standardize operating models • Drive continuous headcount management linked to workforce outcomes • Implement strategies to balance cost and access to skills • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to understand AI effects Requirements: • Deep experience in workforce planning and HR strategy • Proven experience in building COEs within global organizations • Strong collaboration with Technology and IT teams • Ability to counsel senior executives and HR leaders • Excellent consulting and influence skills Harness your HR expertise to innovate workforce and talent planning processes at OpenText. #J-18808-Ljbffr
