Drive transformation as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow HR. Collaborate across IT and HR to enhance processes through user stories and effective workflows in a hybrid work setting.
In this role, you will facilitate requirement elicitation by engaging with stakeholders across various departments. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be essential to document, prioritize, and translate business needs into actionable user stories. Collaborating closely with development teams and product owners, you'll help ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Automate ServiceNow modules using ATF
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years Business Analyst experience in ServiceNow
• Background in IT, HR, or related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in creating user stories and agile practices
