Job description
Lead the finance function at Behavox, driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Oversee accounting, compliance, and risk management in a fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role as the Head of Finance, you will report to the COO and spearhead efforts to establish an investor-grade financial structure for a global business. With a strong focus on financial modeling and analytics, you will also play a critical role in mergers and acquisitions strategy supporting future growth. Key Responsibilities: • Guide the finance team across all functional areas including FP&A • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial outputs and reporting • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes • Oversee treasury operations and manage funding risk • Maintain governance over compliance and audit readiness Requirements: • Extensive background in financial modeling and analytics • Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional accounting principles • Proven experience in leading finance teams with innovative practices • Familiarity with automation and AI-driven finance systems • Expertise in capital structure and treasury management Lead Behavox's financial narrative by optimizing operations and integrating advanced financial practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
