We're looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and taking on new challenges every day.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service portable heating, cooling, and power equipment in the field and shop
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep rental equipment ready for deployment
Work on diesel, gas, propane, electrical, and HVAC-related systems
Travel to customer sites across Canada and North America to support breakdowns, installations, and equipment startups
Install and commission temporary climate control equipment for industrial and commercial projects
Train customers on safe operation and basic equipment use
Represent the company professionally while delivering strong customer service on-site
Must be 21+ yrs of age
Background as a mechanic, heavy equipment technician, diesel technician, HVAC tech, generator tech, or similar trade
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision
Experience with engines, burners, generators, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment is an asset
Safety-focused mindset with pride in quality workmanship
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused and csutomer facing environment
Comfortable using phones, tablets, and laptops for diagnostics and reporting
Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if required
Willingness to travel up to 50-60% across North America
