Position Summary
:Junior project management role responsible for coordinating marketing and creative workflows across campaigns, product launches and content initiatives
This role supports cross-functional teams by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project systems, coordinating vendors and helping remove operational roadblocks so projects stay on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented and interested in supporting the execution of marketing and creative projects from an operational and coordination perspective.

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Post-secondary training project management, business studies or equivalent coordination/leadership fields of study
Experience:
3+ years of experience working as Project Coordinator or similar project organization lead roles
Experience working with marketing or creative teams
Experience with mountain bike, outdoor sports, or racing communities is a plus but not mandatory
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
In-office environment. Able to travel internationally, including United States if needed. Driver’s license is preferable but not mandatory.

Compensation Range
$55,520.64 - $76,340.32 CADThe compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
