As our In-House Bookkeeper, you won't just process numbers, you'll help keep the engine of our business running smoothly, and your voice will be heard in a supportive, close-knit team that values initiative, precision, and people. What Youll Do and Own Manage accounts payable and receivable, post checks, and resolve discrepancies Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision Handle weekly payroll for drivers using ADP Keep our systems updated and our general ledger clean Support tax filings (GST/QST) and liaise with external accountants Assist with financial reporting and year-end processes Contribute to the success of a high-performing accounting team Youll report directly to the CFO and be trusted with real responsibility from day one.
