Extruder Operator – Full?Time (Weekday or Weekend Shift)

We are currently seeking Extruder Operators to support the production of polyethylene packaging products for industrial customers. Week Shift (44 hours/week)
Nights:
Monday–Wednesday: 7:00pm – 7:00am
Thursday: 7:00pm – 3:00am
Pay:
Base rate: $24+/hour + premium
Weekend Shift (36 hours worked / 40 hours paid)
Nights:
Friday–Sunday: 7:00pm – 7:00am
Pay:
Base rate: $24+/hour + premium
Responsibilities
Operate extrusion equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor production lines and ensure product quality
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all Health & Safety procedures
Assist with material handling and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Required Profile
Minimum 1 year of Machine Operator experience in manufacturing
Blown film extrusion experience (an asset)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Team?oriented with good communication skills
