Job descriptionThe Role
As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will serve as the founder’s execution partner, translating vision into shipped product, market traction, and measurable outcomes. This founder‑track role carries full accountability for product, business execution, and growth. You will own the entire product and go‑to‑market lifecycle, from UI and onboarding redesign to biometric coaching features, partnerships, launch strategy, and post‑launch optimization, while ensuring financial plans, budgets, and forecasts align tightly with the product roadmap. Who You Are
Highly intelligent, grounded, and practical—able to lead cross‑disciplinary experts without ego. An operator and strategist, comfortable diving into product details while owning roadmaps, GTM plans, and partnerships. Fluent in biofeedback concepts such as HRV, coherence, artifact handling, and translating physiological signals into actionable coaching. Commercially minded with an understanding of how product decisions drive retention, growth, and revenue. Financially literate and proficient in managing budgets, forecasts, and ROI. Deeply aligned with the mission of using technology to enhance human potential in measurable ways. Core Responsibilities
Product & Execution
Own product vision, execution, and outcomes, including UI and UX overhaul, onboarding, and live biometric coaching features. Define and deliver against North Star KPIs: weekly retention, time to first signal, onboarding completion, and crash‑free sessions. Lead a senior strike team of four to six members across iOS engineering, biometrics & ML, design, QA/beta operations, and backend/DevOps. Implement analytics, A/B testing, and growth tooling to enable data‑driven iteration. Integrate and expand hardware support, starting with a BLE armband and expanding to ring‑based partners. Run alpha and beta programs and drive measurable consumer impact. Go‑To‑Market & Growth
Build and execute the GTM strategy for the v1.5 relaunch, including positioning, messaging, and channel mix. Coordinate launch campaigns, App Store optimization, and acquisition experiments. Design and manage beta programs that generate testimonials, case studies, and product credibility. Partner with marketing and community teams to drive engagement and advocacy. Business & Financial Management
Create and own roadmaps aligned to business objectives and milestones. Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans. Track ROI across product initiatives, marketing spend, and partnerships. Prepare investor updates and strategic memos with founder oversight. Partnerships & Ecosystem
Source and negotiate partnerships with wearable device companies, data providers, and research institutions. Develop relationships with health, wellness, and performance communities for distribution. Explore co‑marketing and licensing opportunities to accelerate market entry. Leadership & Culture
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top‑tier talent who thrive in high‑velocity, low‑politics environments. Maintain a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence. Operate async‑first through weekly memos, short demos, and clear decision frameworks. Requirements
Demonstrated experience designing, building, shipping, and scaling consumer health, wellness, or wearable applications with strong retention and engagement metrics. Strong product design instincts and technical literacy, including SwiftUI, CoreBluetooth, and HealthKit. Hands‑on experience with HRV, biofeedback signal processing, artifact rejection, and applied coaching models. Proven GTM and growth experience, including launches, acquisition, and retention strategies. Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Experience building partnerships within hardware, wellness, or performance ecosystems. Comfort leading small, senior teams in quick‑moving product environments. Bonus: Canada‑based candidates eligible for SR&ED, on‑device machine learning experience, and prior wearable partnership experience. Compensation
This role offers a highly competitive salary, a meaningful performance‑based bonus, and a significant equity stake aligned with long‑term impact. It is a true founder‑track opportunity with substantial upside tied directly to the value you help create as the business scales.
