SALARY RANGE: $65600 - $77900

• Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS:Bonus at Target$9840

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP ERP system for breweries and DistributionCentreswithinregion.

• Responsible for Raw Materials & Finished Goods (this applies ONLY to Inventory Analysts in East/West)

• Responsibleforovernighton-site inventorycountsonce per monthto balance warehouse management system andSAP formonth end reporting

• Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity.This has a direct contribution to cost effectivedecisionsbeing made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes withthe end resultof related business targets being met.

• Ensuring that the inventory management systemis in agreementwith external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Brewery.

• Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report.

• Processingsystemrebatebeer on a regular basis.

• Weekly processing of internally repacked product insystem.

• Weekly analysis of sufficient product for externalrepackplan.

• Expediting of in-transitdeliveriesbased on priorities of the business.

• Responsible for Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Accuracy Customerorder fillrate Inventory transaction accuracy. Responsible formonitoringreturnable packaging loss within their regions.

• Coaching operators on any potential FEFO (First Expired First Out) violations.

• Cascading any SKU changes to front line management & operators.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Business degree orpost-secondaryequivalent.

• Experience: order management inventory reconciliation data integrity maintenance process improvement.

• Order management practices inventory management practices process improvement flow.

• Computer skills:proficientin Microsoft Office Tools.Use of SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.
