Boomerang is expanding its Toronto team and is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to support face-to-face sales campaigns delivered through retail environments, promotional stands, and live activation spaces. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers in busy retail environments where your role is to introduce promotional offers and support the team’s sales objectives.
You’ll start conversations with customers in a friendly and professional way, explain current promotions, and help guide interested individuals through the sales process. Through these interactions, you’ll develop practical sales communication skills and gain confidence handling customer conversations.
You’ll also help maintain the promotional space, ensuring displays remain organized and professional throughout the day while supporting the wider team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
Because this is a customer-facing sales role, much of your day will involve interacting with customers, answering questions, and creating positive experiences that encourage successful sales outcomes.
