About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent experienced Internal and Risk and Compliance Analyst/Auditor to join our Risk and Compliance team
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $94,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

In this role, you will help strengthen compliance and risk practices that support organizational resilience, enhance governance, and contribute to sustainable, effective operations

This role is well suited to senior risk and compliance auditor/ analyst who enjoys thinking strategically while staying closely connected to day-to-day business operations and real organizational outcomes. You bring experience from roles such as Risk & Compliance Analyst, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst, Internal Auditor, Operational Risk Analyst, or Internal Controls Analyst. You also bring strong expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, control testing, regulatory compliance, business continuity planning, operational risk, audit readiness, and GRC programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening compliance practices, enhancing governance, and building resilient, well-controlled processes that support long-term organizational success.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of internal control and risk management principles.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry, financial industry, or equivalent.
- Proficiency conducting internal control testing, documenting findings, and suggesting remediations.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain objective mindset, confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Preferred
- Experience in a compliance management and/or risk management function.
- Proficiency with Diligent One’s risk intelligence platform/application, and/or demonstrated ability to learn new software applications quickly and effectively.
