Job description
Take on the Sales Lead role at Pandora, the largest jewelry brand, and drive outstanding customer interactions. Be part of a team that prides itself on creating magical moments for customers.

In this dynamic position, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador while collaborating closely with Managers and Sales Associates. Bringing at least two years of results-driven sales experience, your expertise will elevate store performance through coaching and excellence in customer engagement. Your time management skills and business acumen will shine as you guide the team towards achieving remarkable commercial success.

Key Responsibilities: • Exceed personal and store sales targets ambitiously • Forge unforgettable relationships with customers • Lead and inspire the sales team with effective coaching • Provide timely feedback to improve team dynamics • Ensure extensive knowledge of products and brand

Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail sales role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to captivate audiences and connect with them • Proven analytical skills for translating insights into results • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends schedules
