Job description
Join PRI Consultants as an Administrative Receptionist and be the essential link for our clients. This in-office role prioritizes welcoming visitors and streamlining office tasks every day.

In this Receptionist position, you will greet guests, assist with various operational tasks, and ensure the office's professional ambiance. Your role will involve answering calls, managing mail, and preparing meeting spaces, contributing to a well-organized work environment. Perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic roles and enjoy interaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Professionally greet clients and assist with their inquiries • Forward and screen phone calls efficiently • Sort daily mail and manage package deliveries • Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas • Assist HR in planning office events as needed

Requirements: • Preferred experience in a reception or administrative role • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent communication and phone skills • Organized and capable of multitasking at the front desk • Eager to take initiative and learn
