Job description
Elevate your career in finance with Mercedes-Benz Newmarket as an Accounting Administrator. This role demands accounting excellence, payroll support, and a keen analytical mind within a highly respected automotive network.

As an integral team member with Zanchin Automotive Group, you will engage in vital activities related to accounts receivable and payable. Your responsibilities will include assisting in cash flow management, payroll, and the preparation of financial documents. The role also involves compliance checks with public accounting standards and supporting financial evaluations and reports.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Controller with cash flow and budget preparation • Perform payroll backup and maintain employee files • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare daily deposits • Analyze ledgers for unusual entries and inaccuracies • Oversee compliance with financial regulations and procedures

Requirements: • 1-3 years of accounting experience • Post-secondary education in accounting or finance • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills
