Job description
Become a Housekeeper at Timberwalk Retirement Community in Kanata, ON, where you will ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. This casual position offers $18.75 per hour and involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas.

Timberwalk Retirement Community is seeking a Casual Housekeeper with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a health care setting. You must be adaptable, enjoy working in a team, and show a keen interest in serving seniors. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across resident suites, common areas, and staff facilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Clean, dust, and vacuum resident suites and common areas • Sanitize bathrooms and all washrooms, including fixtures • Prepare vacant rooms for incoming residents as directed • Dispose of refuse and laundry from designated areas • Report maintenance needs to supervisors promptly

Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 education • Two years of experience in a similar role • Ability to work as part of a team • Adaptability to changing situations • Commitment to health and safety protocols
