| Job Title: Senior Quadient Lead Experience: 8–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of experience in the Quadient Inspire platform, particularly with hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration with business systems. The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Interactive and Scalar modules within Quadient. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer. • Work with Interactive and Scalar components to deliver dynamic and scalable communication solutions. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates and workflows. • Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient templates and output. • Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members. • Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance of deliverables. Required Skills · 8–10 years of experience in Quadient Inspire platform. • Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar. • Good understanding of document composition, layout design, and output management. • Experience with data integration and automation within Quadient. • Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. |
