Technology/Data Analyst
100% Remote
Primary Skills: Strong understanding of data concepts (entities, relationships, keys, domains), data modeling patterns (relational, dimensional, lakehouse), and data lifecycle across environments.
Practical experience interpreting and specifying data flows, data contracts, and interface requirements between systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather and translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.
• Document requirements, including data definitions, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications to support solution design.
• Conduct data and process analysis to identify gaps, data-quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support delivery and implementation planning by performing impact analysis and requirement clarity assessments.
Required & Preferred Skills
• Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and collaborating with large business and tech teams.
• Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—to work cross-functionally and present to diverse audiences.
• Competence in defining and validating data requirements, transformation rules, and data quality checks.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage principles.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in insurance or financial services, especially with back-office or product systems.

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing. • Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing. • Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns. • Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex, regulated environment. • Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance. • Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities. • Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
