Kelly is hiring!

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an Bilingual Customer Service Advisor in St. Catharines, ON!

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their customer service and sales needs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information
  • Encourage client to go beyond his initial need and requirement
  • Continuously generate sales by quoting according to customer specifications and personal recommendations
  • Following up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact
  • Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits
  • Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting
  • Create sales orders in ERP system
  • Re-connect with past customers based on review of historic sales
  • Access and provide product availability information
  • Correspond with customers, dealers, purchasers and sales representatives
  • Suggest and implement LEAN ideas to improve department processes
  • Generate the best possible business experience for our customer

What We’re Looking For:
  • Post-Secondary Education or minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French
Salary:
  • $55,000 per year
