General Production Worker
About the Role
Join a high-performing manufacturing team producing essential medical devices used across North America. As a General Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in either the Prewired (Assembly) or Packaging department based on operational needs and your strengths.
This is a hands-on role in a clean, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment—ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy consistent, process-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire small, sensitive medical components
- Perform precision work with a high level of accuracy
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product performance
- Follow clean room standards and production procedures
- Package finished medical devices for shipment
- Inspect products for defects, accuracy, and compliance
- Label, seal, and prepare materials for distribution
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection or fast food
- Strong manual dexterity (comfortable handling small parts)
- Excellent attention to detail and visual focus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation in English
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)
- Personal vehicle to commute to Gananoque
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in packaging and wiring
- Previous work in a clean room or regulated environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes
