Woolwich Township seeks a full-time Finance Administrative Coordinator to support its growing Finance Department. The role involves coordinating Council reports, managing onboarding, and handling financial operations during peak periods. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department • Coordinate Council reports and meeting minutes • Manage staff onboarding, training, and reviews • Assist with budget coordination and tax billing • Create and monitor key performance indicators

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in finance-related field • Minimum 2 to 4 years of administrative experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with municipal finance operations preferred
