Job description
Become a Condition Based Monitoring Co-op Student with North American Construction Group in Acheson, Alberta, and engage in heavy equipment reliability engineering. This opportunity focuses on analyzing machine data to drive maintenance actions and improvements in the field.

Ideal for individuals passionate about heavy machinery, this 8 to 12-month co-op position combines hands-on experience with technical analysis. You will work on monitoring equipment health, communicating with site personnel, and conducting root cause analysis on equipment failures. Your contributions will directly enhance NACG's reliability programs and operational success.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze real-time health and location data of equipment • Assist in developing maintenance reliability initiatives • Collaborate with site personnel on action plans • Investigate failures to find root causes • Conduct live monitoring to identify equipment faults

Requirements: • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills • Enrollment in an engineering program preferred • Required to hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license • Keen interest and aptitude in heavy equipment • Some light shop exposure associated with the role
