Role
As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will serve as the founder’s execution partner, translating vision into shipped product, market traction, and measurable outcomes. This is a founder-track role with full accountability for product, business execution, and growth.
You will own the entire product and go-to-market lifecycle, from UI and onboarding redesign to biometric coaching features, partnerships, launch strategy, and post-launch optimization. You will also ensure financial plans, budgets, and forecasts align tightly with the product roadmap.
This role operates with high autonomy and minimal day-to-day founder involvement. You function as a mini-CEO, expected to make decisions quickly and deliver results.

Core Responsibilities
Product & Execution
- Own product vision, execution, and outcomes, including UI and UX overhaul, onboarding, and live biometric coaching features.
- Define and deliver against North Star KPIs, including weekly retention, time to first signal, onboarding completion, and crash‑free sessions.
- Lead a senior strike team of four to six members, including iOS engineering, biometrics and machine learning, design, QA or beta operations, and backend or DevOps.
- Implement analytics, A/B testing, and growth tooling to enable data‑driven iteration.
- Integrate and expand hardware support, starting with a BLE armband and expanding to ring‑based partners.
- Run alpha and beta programs and drive measurable consumer impact.
Go‑To‑Market & Growth
- Build and execute the GTM strategy for the v1.5 relaunch, including positioning, messaging, and channel mix.
- Coordinate launch campaigns, App Store optimization, and acquisition experiments.
- Design and manage beta programs that generate testimonials, case studies, and product credibility.
- Partner with marketing and community teams to drive engagement and advocacy.
Business & Financial Management
- Create and own roadmaps aligned to business objectives and milestones.
- Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Track ROI across product initiatives, marketing spend, and partnerships.
- Prepare investor updates and strategic memos with founder oversight.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Source and negotiate partnerships with wearable device companies, data providers, and research institutions.
- Develop relationships with health, wellness, and performance communities for distribution.
- Explore co‑marketing and licensing opportunities to accelerate market entry.
Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top‑tier talent who thrive in high‑velocity, low-politics environments.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence.
- Operate async‑first through weekly memos, short demos, and clear decision frameworks.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, shipping, and scaling consumer health, wellness, or wearable applications with strong retention and engagement metrics.
- Strong product design instincts and technical literacy, including SwiftUI, CoreBluetooth, and HealthKit.
- Hands‑on experience with HRV, biofeedback signal processing, artifact rejection, and applied coaching models.
- Proven GTM and growth experience, including launches, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Experience building partnerships within hardware, wellness, or performance ecosystems.
- Comfort leading small, senior teams in fast‑moving product environments.
- Bonus qualifications include Canada‑based candidates eligible for SR&ED;, on‑device machine learning experience, and prior wearable partnership experience.
