What You'll Be Doing-As a Prep Team Member, you'll work in a temperature-controlled environment (0–4°C), where attention to detail and efficiency are key. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and portioning a variety of fresh ingredients, such as vegetables, cheeses, sauces, and proteins, according to meal plan specifications.

• Using kitchen tools and food processing equipment to clean, cut, measure, weigh, and package ingredients into single-portion sizes.

• Operate and maintain pre-cut dicing and slicing machines to ensure accurate and efficient food processing. Working efficiently within a timed production standard to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.

What We’re Looking For-We’re seeking reliable and hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a high-paced warehouse setting (preferred, but not required)

• Comfort working in a chilled environment (0–4°C)

• The ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours per shift)

• The physical capability to lift items up to 44 lbs (20 kg)

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Schedule of Tuesday-Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00pm
