Job description
Elevate the experience of long-standing Vancouver Canucks Season Ticket Members as an Account Manager for the Legacy Club. This role demands excellence in customer service while fostering relationships and driving ticket sales growth.

As an Account Manager for the Legacy Club, you will be a key resource for Vancouver Canucks' most dedicated Season Ticket Members. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, executing exclusive events, and ensuring extraordinary customer service through regular engagements. The emphasis on personal connection makes this position critical for member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with Legacy Club Members effectively • Organize and execute exclusive member events • Facilitate in-person engagements throughout the year • Address Game-Day service needs promptly • Follow up on outstanding accounts and declined payments

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in a related field preferred • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or similar role • Proven ability to manage relationships with VIP clients • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
