Job description
Join Sport Chek as a Department Sales Manager of Footwear in Whitby, ON. Leverage your retail experience and sports enthusiasm to enhance customer service and drive sales. This full-time position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coach a team and create a thriving atmosphere. With at least 2 years in retail management, your focus will be on fostering relationships with customers and staff, while implementing strategies to promote sales. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring a culture of development and mentorship within the department.
