Job description
Join Blink Charging as a Customer Success Lead, where you'll champion customer experience and build lasting relationships. This dynamic role requires anticipating customer needs and ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to advocacy.

As the Customer Success Lead, you will own customer interactions from contract signing to ongoing support, ensuring a seamless interface with our systems and teams. Engage with key stakeholders to nurture strategic relationships while monitoring account health closely. Your efforts will transform challenges into trust-building opportunities with clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage post-sale process and customer onboarding • Build relationships with operations and executive stakeholders • Analyze account performance and optimize usage • Drive urgency in resolving customer escalations • Lead impactful Quarterly Service Reviews showcasing customer value

Requirements: • 3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or ev tech • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences • Proven experience with complex account management • Data-driven mindset for risk identification • Familiarity with EV technologies and CRM tools
