Shadow senior editors on finishing tasks, including basic audio balancing and color correction.
Design Preparation & Production
Assist in prepping and organizing layered design files (from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) to ensure they are ready for video timelines and motion graphics.
Update existing design templates, create basic layout variations, and produce simple text/graphic overlays (e.g., lower‑thirds and title cards).
Learn to interpret and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Studio Workflow & Localization
Support the team in content versioning and localization workflows—learning how global campaigns are adapted for different markets and languages.
Help replace and update on‑screen text, UI elements, and localized graphic components under the guidance of a senior specialist.
Learn agency‑standard file management, version control, and project archiving to build disciplined workflow habits.
Assist with foundational post‑production tasks, including basic masking, tracking, or asset cleanup in After Effects.

Academic or hands‑on exposure to Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable navigating a timeline.
Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with interest in how layout, typography, and asset preparation apply to video work.
A strong desire to learn foundational motion graphics or compositing in Adobe After Effects.
Attention to Detail
Meticulous approach to work—catching typos, noticing misaligned text, and ensuring visual consistency.
Respect for brand standards and eagerness to learn what makes creative work look premium.
Mindset
Curious and collaborative: open to questions, constructive feedback, and view each task as a learning opportunity.
Organized and methodical, understanding that creative operations rely on clean file structures and clear communication.
Excited by the pace and energy of a professional creative production studio.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Personal projects, student portfolio pieces, or passion projects showcasing a mix of video and graphic design.
