Job description
Elevate your sales career as a Senior Inside Sales Representative with Wesco. Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue through proactive selling techniques.

In this role, you will manage larger, complex accounts, fostering strong business relationships to increase product sales. With 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration, you will leverage your expertise to upsell and develop opportunities. Your responsibilities include collaborating with outside sales and mentoring fellow team members to ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities: • Exceed volume budgets and profitability objectives • Develop strong relationships with existing accounts • Market products and identify new sales opportunities • Own and qualify opportunities passed from marketing • Report industry trends and customer feedback to management

Requirements: • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • 4-5 years of sales experience in a relevant field • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
