Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate to produce quality designs for various clients • Develop comprehensive project criteria and timelines • Lead team meetings and manage stakeholder engagement • Coordinate with various project consultants • Conduct site reviews and engage in construction oversight

Requirements: • Accredited B. Arch or M. Arch with 10+ years of experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience with mass timber projects • Proficiency in Revit and technical drawing skills • Experience leading projects valued at over $25m • Strong communication and graphics presentation skills
