Job description
Become a Deductions Coordinator with High Liner Foods in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, where you will manage customer deductions and provide key administrative support. This role offers both on-site and remote work options throughout the week.

As a vital part of the Credit and Collections team, you will utilize your administrative experience to process customer deductions, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance with contract policies. Strong relationships with sales and clients are essential to succeed in this role and mitigate potential issues related to overspending and fraud.

Key Responsibilities: • Process customer deductions accurately and timely • Resolve invalid deductions per Standard Operating Procedures • Foster relationships with sales and clients proactively • Maintain compliance with customer contracts • Prepare year-end trade accruals and process customer payments

Requirements: • 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience • Post-secondary education in Business or Administration • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Team-oriented with customer-focused mindset
