Our Ideal Candidate Allnorth is seeking a Regional Materials Testing Lead to provide leadership, technical guidance, and operational support across our material testing operations in British Columbia. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical background in material testing or geotechnical services and a passion for developing teams, improving operational consistency, and supporting high-quality project delivery.
Success in this role means balancing technical excellence, client relationships, workforce planning, and team development while supporting safe and consistent execution across multiple regions.
ADayintheLife
Provides senior technical guidance and oversight for material testing operations across the region
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and quality requirements
Support operational improvements and develop scalable, efficient processes across teams
Participate in technical discussions and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, and regional operational support
Promote consistency in execution standards, safety, and quality across projects
Develop training standards and mentor technical leaders and team members
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation considered an asset
Minimum 10 years of industry experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
Experience in material testing or geotechnical services is essential
CCIL and RSO certifications preferred; must be obtainable
PMP designation considered an asset
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
