Job description
Empower a dynamic Personal Training team as a Performance Coaching Manager at Movati. Your leadership will enhance member experiences by fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and healthy.

With over three years of experience in personal training sales and team management, you will focus on improving our Personal Training program. You’ll coordinate daily operations, tailor training plans to meet individual goals, and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are exceeded. Your role blends fitness expertise with administrative skills to create a thriving environment for members and coaches alike.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and improve the Personal Training department’s daily operations • Tailor training methods and plans to each member’s health journey • Oversee monthly P&L management and goal achievement • Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere among Performance Coaches • Monitor performance metrics for team and personal training success

Requirements: • 3+ years in personal training sales and people management • 5+ years of personal training experience • Degree in Kinesiology or related field is preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to inspire and mentor team members
