Job description
Join Artelia Canada in Mississauga as an Administrative Assistant, where your organizational skills will be vital for project coordination. Impact engineering projects by ensuring accuracy in documentation and deliverables.

This position requires at least five years' experience in an engineering context, focusing on document management and effective communication with teams. You’ll be involved in formatting and proofreading reports while maintaining office systems. Autonomy and meticulousness are key qualities needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate project deliverables with technical teams • Format and proofread administrative and technical documents • Manage data entry in relevant databases • Review tender documents and manage office tasks • Conduct day-to-day office activities, including inventory management

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering environment • Administrative training (DEP, AEC, or DEC) required • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Excellent detail orientation and ability to prioritize • Strong resourcefulness in completing tasks
