Job description
Elevate client relations and order management as a Customer Account Coordinator with J.D. Irving in a hybrid work model. Drive enhanced customer experiences by managing orders from receipt to delivery.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies while collaborating closely with clients. Your use of ERP and CRM systems will bolster essential communication and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is tailored for those eager to contribute to the efficiency of Irving Consumer Products.

Key Responsibilities: • Process customer orders accurately from initiation to delivery • Continuously monitor purchase order lifecycle • Confirm order details through client collaboration • Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues effectively • Maintain communication with stakeholders for fulfillment

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 3+ years in a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • High attention to detail and accuracy
