Develop and manage activity budgets and present monthly results to management Provide technical management of teams; validate preliminary designs and technical choices, provide continuous technical expertise and support to project managers, design and calculation teams Participate in tender responses Ensure workload planning matches available resources and define quantitative and qualitative needs Ensure follow‑up of missions for seconded teams Enforce company and client rules and standards Manage teams for economic profitability; implement suitable methods and organization, monitor and control tasks and ensure deadlines are met Participate in recruitment, training plan development, annual evaluations, leave management, career development and health & safety Develop activities under your responsibility; work with management to develop new prospects and ensure commercial and technological watch Contribute to the company structure evolution and service organization Apply, raise awareness of and ensure compliance with departmental processes; report dysfunctions and propose improvements Promote a positive company image Monitor project changes and ensure change management integration Act as project manager when necessary Qualifications
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or equivalent (Master's in engineering or business is an asset) Proven experience in team management and in the aerospace industry, with significant tooling experience Experience in financial steering and cross‑functional operations Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Ability to optimize operational processes Knowledge of product development processes, project management and configuration management Familiarity with CAD software (Catia, Visual Basic), FEM tools (Patran/Nastran, Nasgro) and Microsoft Office / MS Project Knowledge of tooling industry practices Strong leadership and team management skills Salary & Benefits
