Job description
Support youth on their healing paths as a Full-Time Youth Support Worker at Clear Hills Youth Treatment Centre. Engage with youth aged 12–17 to promote recovery and cultural reconnection.

CHYTC invites applications for a highly experienced individual ready to provide effective mentorship and advocacy. In this role, you will directly support clients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and foster wellness with a holistic approach. Your contributions will shape the lives of youth from across Canada.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver direct support to clients in varied settings • Champion youth through advocacy and resource identification • Promote self-esteem and healthy lifestyle choices • Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety policies • Work in partnership with the CHYTC team to achieve goals

Requirements: • Certification in Human Services or a related field • Three or more years of experience in youth support • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention • Proficiency with computer applications • Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks required
