Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Talent and Learning

Infosys is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Lead with Project management and stakeholder management exposure in implementation of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for Canadian public sector clients. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design, development and support of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for the above-mentioned modules including status reporting and managing the stakeholder. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and solution architecture, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area and need to travel to Toronto for key milestones.This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
