Job description
Elevate your career as a Project Administrative Assistant with Pomerleau in the Building Operations team. Support large-scale projects and utilize your organizational skills in a hybrid work setting.

At Pomerleau, you will assist project teams on infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 billion to over $1 billion. This role demands 2+ years of administrative experience and a college diploma in Office Administration. Expect to manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and liaise with various stakeholders for exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain communication across team members and clients • Update and manage project documentation diligently • Draft contract award letters in a timely manner • Organize shop drawings and material purchase orders • Manage project invoicing and ensure timely transmission

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience • College Diploma in Office Administration or relevant experience • Proficiency in MS Office suite • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset • Experience with Procore is preferred
