Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR & Benefits, Talent and Learning

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno Functional Lead to implement and support Benefits & Core HR modules for Canadian public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR and Benefits Management process and its touchpoints with Payroll, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to Toronto.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required Skills:Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically on Core HR & Benefits Module for Canadian clients.Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper careUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change RequestsLead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Compensation, Benefits & Core HR and other relevant modules.Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting TrainingShould have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR and Benefits Modules for Canadian Public Sector clients.Handson experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Benefits and related modulesKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecyclePreparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferred skillsShould have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
