Job description

Our client is seeking an energetic, people-first Manager to take the reins of one of their Kamloops locations. This isn’t a "sit behind a desk and stare at spreadsheets" kind of role. What you will be doing:

You are the heartbeat of the branch. You aren’t just managing operations; you are building a culture of excellence and genuine customer connection.
How you’ll make a difference:
  • The Ultimate Brand Ambassador: You love people. You’ll spend roughly 90% of your day customer-facing, ensuring every person who walks through the door receives world-class care and attention.
  • Revenue Driver: You’ll identify organic opportunities to add value to the customer experience, effortlessly boosting your store’s revenue and performance.
  • Coaching & Culture: You will strategically manage your team’s time, keep everyone aligned on goals, and foster a supportive environment where people actually look forward to coming to work.
  • Lead by Example: You don't just delegate; you roll up your sleeves and show your team what success looks like.
