Job description
Join the Finance Division at City Hall as an Administrative Assistant, providing vital support and ensuring confidential operations. This role emphasizes administrative skills and compliance in a fast-paced corporate environment.

As an Administrative Assistant in Corporate Support Services, you will provide essential support to the Finance team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining confidentiality, preparing critical documents, and assisting in managing financial records. Additionally, you will liaise with management and support various business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain confidentiality over sensitive records and communications • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence and reports • Assist in business programs and project processes • Develop tools to improve administrative practices • Monitor financial and budgetary records and transactions

Requirements: • Post-secondary Certificate in Office Administration • 1-2 years of administrative support experience • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize urgent requests effectively • Excellent customer service abilities
