What does an Allstate Sales Agent do?
Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
Meets with prospective clients, understands their needs, and uses consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.

Compensation Commissions are highly variable and are directly tied to sales volume. Individuals that are producing at, or close to, sales targets, and have completed all training can expect to earn between $70,000-$120,000.
