Responsibilities: - We execute manual and automated test cases and record the results and supporting evidence.
- We identify, log, and help resolve defects through retesting and validation of end-to-end workflows and system integrations.
- We prepare for testing by managing test data and confirming test environments are ready for use.
- We review business requirements to ensure they are clear, testable, and fully understood.
- We develop and assess test plans, scenarios, and test cases to ensure broad and effective coverage.
- We coordinate QA team activity and assign work based on priority, capacity, and urgency.
- We monitor daily testing progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- We serve as the main QA point of contact for defect management, including triage, tracking, and cross-functional resolution.
- We support and strengthen QA processes, standards, and testing methods while identifying risks and escalating concerns early.
- We analyze test outcomes and metrics, prepare test and status updates, and work with stakeholders to support quality results.
