Job description
Elevate your culinary career as a Senior Line Cook with The Distillery Restaurants Corp, known for its vibrant dining experiences. Join passionate teams across unique locations and showcase your skills in an innovative kitchen environment.

The Distillery Restaurants Corp is seeking skilled Line Cooks and Senior Line Cooks for various restaurants. This is an ideal role for culinary professionals eager to work under the guidance of an Executive Chef team, and develop their skills in a busy kitchen. Positions are set to begin in May or June 2026, concluding in January 2027, with competitive hourly pay and food discounts.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare dishes per recipes and presentation standards • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain organized and clean workstations • Ensure product freshness with FIFO methods • Report any kitchen equipment issues to the chef

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience • Culinary degree or relevant experience required • Strong communication and team collaboration skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment • Genuine passion for food and culinary creativity
